Even with the hip-hop influence in urban pop music one has to wonder, who's been stealing all the old Prince tracks. Fergie's London bridge is almost verbatim Prince inspired with melodies borrowed from the old Horny Pony days and his pop funk experiments of the early 90s.

Aside from Prince's musical influence in todays so-called new hip-hop era, there is no other artist in the last 20 years who matches Prince in performance and raw musicianship. I know all my Michael Jackson fans will say otherwise but Prince is so much more diverse when it comes down to the raw music. Yeah!
